There's a version of me that spent a decade in a lab coat — Biochemistry degree, ten years as a Food Scientist, understanding the body at a molecular level. I took the science seriously. I still do.

And there's a version of me that sat alone in a hospital room at 3am after a car accident, two surgeries in, and heard something ask: Do you want to live?

Not survive. Live.

Both versions of me are in this work.

My Story

I built one life. Then I chose another.

For ten years, I worked as a Food Scientist. That career taught me things I carry to this day — how food impacts the body at a cellular level, how what we consume shapes how we think, feel, and function. I loved that work. I built that life on purpose.

But underneath it, something wasn't right.

I was high-functioning. Achieving. Doing everything I was supposed to do. And exhausted in a way that sleep couldn't fix and accomplishments couldn't touch. The anxiety was still there. The cycles were still there. I understood myself intellectually better than most people around me. But understanding wasn't changing anything in my body.

In 2019, my husband and I were in a serious car accident. We were both hospitalized. Two surgeries. Months of physical therapy. One of the hardest seasons of my life.

Also the most honest one.

One night at 3am, alone in my hospital room, I had a moment — call it God, call it grace, call it whatever your faith allows — where I heard a question cut through everything: Do you want to live?

That cracked something open. Because when I got still enough to sit with it, I realized I had been surviving for years. Functioning, yes. But not living. And no amount of knowledge had been able to reach whatever was running underneath.

That started a real search.

I pursued clinical training in hypnotherapy — over 500 hours at a state-licensed, board-certified institute — and became certified in Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapy. I studied integrative medicine and the science of acupuncture. I became a Reiki practitioner. I kept following the thread wherever it led, because I needed to understand not just what worked but why.

What I found was the intersection I had been looking for my whole career: the place where science and the spiritual stop being separate. Where what the body holds and what the subconscious runs are finally addressed together — and where energy work amplifies everything underneath it.

That intersection changed my life. I now run my own practice and a retreat center in Toccoa, GA. I'm a wife and a mom. The scientist didn't go anywhere — she just finally found work worthy of everything she knows.

What I Believe

This is my honest POV.

Healing is the most important work you will ever do.

More important than the promotion. More important than the house, the car, the relationship. More important, honestly, than almost anything else on your list right now.

I say that because I have watched what happens when people who came from hard things just keep going without addressing what's underneath. They achieve. They provide. They love people. They do all of it while running survival programming that costs them more than they realize. In their bodies. Their relationships. Their capacity for joy.

You cannot pour from that place indefinitely.

But here's the other thing I believe just as deeply: you are not your circumstances. You are not the patterns you inherited or the coping strategies that kept you safe. Your worth is not located in the titles, the roles, or the things you've built. It's inherent. It's who you actually are underneath all of it.

My Approach

Why I built it this way

Most approaches address one layer. This work addresses three — and the order matters.

Regulate

Before anything can change, your body needs to feel safe enough to let it. Not safe as a concept — safe as a felt experience. When your nervous system is in survival mode, no amount of insight, intention, or effort will override it. Regulation is the foundation everything else is built on.

Rewire

Once your system has enough safety and capacity, we go to the operating system — the subconscious identity your nervous system has been protecting. This is where the patterns actually live. Not in your behavior. Not in your thoughts. In the identity underneath both. Hypnotherapy and subconscious identity work are how we update it at the root.

Align

You are a bioelectromagnetic system. Your energy field organizes information the same way your nervous system organizes sensation. Reiki and energetic integration don't replace the first two — they amplify them. They make the regulation deeper, the rewiring faster, and the change more embodied and sustainable.

Let's Work Together

Change stops feeling hard when all three layers are aligned.

We work on three levels: your body, your mind, and your energy. When regulation, rewiring, and alignment happen together, the change is faster, deeper, and far more sustainable than anything you've tried before.

This work doesn't just help you function better. It reminds you of who you actually are.
