Why These Intensives Work

But understanding a pattern and actually changing it are very different things.

That's because most of these patterns are not just mental habits. They are nervous system responses tied to identity and safety.

How the Intensives Work

Each Rewiring Intensive runs for two weeks and includes four live sessions.

Somatic and nervous system regulation tools specific to that pattern.

June Intensive

Breaking the Self-Abandonment Pattern

This intensive focuses on the patterns that form when your nervous system learns that belonging depends on putting others first.

Resentment building beneath the surface

Rewiring the Overdrive Pattern
