Most clients work with me through a six-session private program designed to support deeper transformation over several weeks.
Each program is fully customized depending on your goals, your nervous system patterns, and the specific survival responses we uncover during our work together.

The Signature Reiki Hypno Session
If you're curious about the work but not ready to commit to a full program yet, you can begin with a single Signature Reiki Hypno Session.
This is the same session that most private clients start with and can be a powerful way to experience the work for the first time.
Many people choose to begin here and then decide whether they'd like to continue with deeper private support afterward.
